Home of the Bobcats
East Georgia State College, home of the Bobcats, is a part of the National Junior College Athletic Association and Georgia Collegiate Athletic Association. Bobcat Athletics continues to showcase incredible athletes and strong seasons, with each of our four teams (baseball, softball, men’s basketball and women’s basketball) making it to championship level many times over the years!
Athletics began offering JV athletics in Fall 2021, doubling the number of athletes in the athletics program to over 175 athletes!
Men's Basketball
The Men’s Basketball team continues to have a strong showing during their seasons, making it to the final four several times.
Men's Baseball
Baseball continues to be one of the top teams in the conference, having played in five final fours in the last five seasons!
Women’s Basketball
Women’s Basketball will make another bid for the final four this year, and was ranked #24 by the NJCAA for their 2022 - 2023 season.
Women's Softball
The Lady Bobcats look to continue their winning ways on the Softball Diamond this season, defending their status as one of the top teams in the conference.
